I checked out Superhuman for the first time today.
Pretty cool software.
They claim it will help you get by your email 2 times faster.
One way is simply by improving the rendering speed.
But the main value proposition is in custom templates and tabs. That’s what differentiates Superhuman from Gmail.
Well, Gmail can easily copy Superhuman. But I don’t think it will.
Superhuman is built for people who live by emails – think CEO’s and executives. People who receive an email every second.
Gmail on the other hand is built for the masses. Majority of the 1.5B Gmail users are totally satisfied with what they have.
Gmail wouldn’t wanna try to add convenience where it’s not required. That would just make the product clunky.
