Journal for Clarity

I found this thing called journaling.

And I was like – let me give it a shot.

I simply started writing what’s on my mind.

After a month, I think it’s a good de-stressing activity. When I have too much going on in my mind, writing things down and putting it in front of my eyes is definitely feels better.

And that simply reduced the brain fog and gives more clarity.
